The word "movement" has several definitions... Movement is motion as in the act of moving also known as mobility. A movement can also be an organized effort towards a common goal.  Here at the Movement Fitness, we use both definitions.  Our "Movement" is making our customers healthier and better through mobility and education.

We are not a boot camp.  We will not break you down to build you back up.  We are gonna help you become better starting from where you are today.  The Movement is more than a workout program and a gym, it is an education.

Our master instructor, Chuck Halbakken has a unique blend of life experiences making him highly qualified to help you succeed in your goals. Through martial arts, kettlebells, body weight exercises, ropes, suspension training, secret Russian fatloss and mobility techniques not widely known in the western world, The Movement Fitness can help you lose weight, become a better athelete, defend yourself, etc.
